Fun Math — Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2026
Fun Math is a kids math practice app. This policy describes how the app handles information.
Summary
- No data collection to our servers — the app does not use the internet for accounts, ads, analytics, or tracking.
- Local storage only — player names, settings, and timed Top Scores are saved on your device using Android/iOS local storage (
SharedPreferences).
- No ads and no third-party SDKs that collect personal data.
What is stored on the device
| Data | Purpose |
| Player name(s) | Let the child choose or resume a profile on this device |
| Parent PIN, sound/vibration, daily goal, allowed operations | Parent-controlled settings |
| Timed Top Scores (per grade, top 10) | Local leaderboard for Time Challenge mode |
Practice session scores reset when you open the app; they are not saved to Top Scores.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or share personal data.
- We do not require an account or email.
- We do not show advertisements.
Children
The app is intended for children learning math, with parent-controlled settings behind a PIN. We do not knowingly collect personal information online because the app does not connect to our servers.
Permissions
- Vibration (Android): Optional short vibration on each answer when enabled in settings.
- Billing (Android): Used for the one-time in-app purchase that unlocks the full app.
Purchases
- Fun Math is free to download. A one-time in-app purchase unlocks full access.
- Payments are processed by Google Play. We do not collect or store credit card or payment details.
- Purchase status is checked through Google Play and cached on your device so the app stays unlocked offline after purchase.
Changes
We may update this policy; the in-app Privacy screen and this document will be updated for material changes.
